After 17+ years in IT and AI systems, I noticed a repeated pattern: teams built great features, but missed early signs of user frustration, confusion, or delight. Feedback existed — but was never decoded properly.

Data wasn’t the problem. Emotion was.
App store reviews, NPS surveys, chatbot logs — all of them contained rich emotional signals. But there was no system to extract, score, or act on them intelligently.

That gap inspired me to build APPLSIP — a platform that uses LLMs and NLP to transform user feedback into strategy-ready sentiment intelligence for product teams and CXOs.

I want to help teams reduce churn before it happens, prioritize features that emotionally matter, and build trust through insight — not just dashboards.
