I’ve spent over 17 years building systems for some of the most demanding industries — AI/ML, Retail, FinTech, and enterprise tech. I’ve led engineering teams, built scalable platforms, and solved complex data problems. But one thing always bugged me:

Why do companies only understand their customers when it’s too late?

I’ve seen product managers flooded with support tickets, founders buried in feedback spreadsheets, and entire roadmaps shaped more by gut than insight. There had to be a better way — a smarter, AI-first way to decode what users were really feeling.

That’s why I started APPLSIP.

It’s not just a product. It’s my belief that emotion is a datapoint — and product decisions should be driven by sentiment, not chaos.

I’m building APPLSIP to give founders and CXOs the strategic clarity they deserve. Not with dashboards full of noise, but with real-time emotional signals — frustration, delight, confusion — decoded from the raw feedback they already have.

I’m not chasing vanity metrics. I’m chasing the day where every team knows exactly what their users are feeling — and what to fix next.
